Professor Chloe Sun of the Logos Theological Seminary shared with the members of 1.5 Generation Congregation at EFCI on the topic of Hagar Through God’s Eyes. She illustrated how through God’s view of Hagar differs than ours, where He blessed her even given her position. Her sermon taught us the perspective of how God views those who are different than us.

God is Roomy

God is bigger, God’s heart extends to all nations, even the future enemies of Israel.

God Desires Unity

Through this story, we realized that we need to separate the Muslim religion from Muslim people. God has a heart for the muslim people and all people.

God is on a Mission

God wants us to reach out to those who are different from us and to worship Him together.
